To return a product, we can arrange collection from the delivery location at your cost.

Upon receiving the returned chair, it will be inspected to assess any damages

Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of inspection.

Refunds are applicable only to stock office chairs.

Made-to-order chairs or custom design products can only be returned if delivered damaged or defective and this will be assessed by the supplier.
